BCR error

Hello,
We are using Navigator SDK in Android application for showing pre-generated route.
On windows app site we're generate bcr file and send to android aplication, but when I try to load bcr sometimes SDK return -80 error.

I am attaching the file that throws the error.
Server verison map: 2021.q4
Android version map : OST_2021_2H

in this case I recommend to create a regular support ticket and afterwards we can post the solution here in the forum - especially the explanation of "error -80". Please raise the ticket - support is already informed about the topic to come.

please provide as many information as possible in the ticket.

Version of Navigator, Version of Map data, version of the app generating the BCR file.
Bernd already informed me directly and ask me to take over
