Here's an announcement from Internet Operations regarding
"PTV xServer internet - PTV World City Map cluster Here with API Version 2 - Migration to new infrastructure and termination of TLS 1.0 and 1.1"

Dear Customer, Dear Partner,
We would like to inform you that we plan to do a migration on the PTV World City Map [Here] production clusters with API Version 2.
We have developed a new deployment infrastructure which enables our clusters to perform automatic scaling and react on incoming request load.
During the migration process, we will also deactivate the TLS 1.0 and 1.1. More information regarding TLS 1.0 and 1.1 discontinuation can be found here.
With this migration the IP address of the clusters will change because we will deploy a different gateway architecture. If you use whitelisting of IP addresses, please contact us ahead of time.
The production clusters will be updated according to this schedule:

• June 18th, 2024: Update on xserver2-us production cluster
  • Migration to new infrastructure
  • TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is already deactivated
• June 18th, 2024: Update on xserver2-us2 production cluster
  • Migration to new infrastructure
  • TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is already deactivated
• June 20th, 2024: Update on xserver2-au production cluster
  • Migration to new infrastructure
  • TLS 1.0 and 1.1 is already deactivated
• June 25th, 2024: Update on xserver2-eu production cluster
  • Migration to new infrastructure
  • Deactivation of TLS 1.0 and 1.1

The xserver2-eu-test system has been updated already; please test your application during the test phase and report any problems immediately to our xServer support team at support.de@xserver.ptvgroup.com.
