Important Update: PTV xServer Internet Customer Center Transition

Proper forum for all questions related to xServer INTERNET = the Azure based cloud solution. This forum deals with the architecture topics such as load balancing, available profiles and standard server settings.
Please be aware that questions about core functionality such as routing, mapping, geocoding in general should be placed in the xServers dedicated forum ;-)

Important Update: PTV xServer Internet Customer Center Transition

The info below was shared on march 27th, 2024 and I received some questions from partners dealing with it.
Let me therefore clarify:
  • This has no impact on operational usage of the existing xServer Internet tokens.
  • This deals with the shop user interface that you use to administrate your account data.
  • If you do not return to us we will simply transfer your account data incl. contact + email address 1:1 to the new shop system.
  • After the transition date you will be redirected to the new shop UI autimatically. You will then be prompted for a new password.
  • Stay calm and use PTV!

we hope this email finds you well. We wanted to inform you of an upcoming transition of the PTV xServer internet customer center to a new technological platform. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and streamline management capabilities for your PTV xServer internet tokens.

Key Points:
  • Transition Process: The migration to the new platform is scheduled to occur in May 2024.
  • Improved User Interface: The introduction of the new user interface will significantly enhance the management capabilities associated with your PTV xServer internet tokens.
