xRoute not working with 2021.2H map

Recently we had a peculiar situation while upgrading from a 2019 map to 2021.2H.
The version of the modules are all 1.18 including xRoute, on the 2019 map there was no issue starting the services, however when the 2021.2H map was installed, xRoute was the only service that would start and then stop after about 20 seconds.
We attempted to install a 2021.1H map instead and with that xRoute had no trouble starting up and running.
My question is what is the difference between the 2021.1H map and 2021.2H map and why does xRoute 1.18 not work with the latter compared to the former?

The truck attributes road editor layer has increased in size over the years. I'm the layer is probably bigger then the 1.18 configuration allows. Try to increase the roadEditorParameter.normLayerSize in the conf/xroute.properties to 80000000 and see if that solves the issue.

Note: the 1.18 are outside of active support and we no longer check if they work correctly on newer maps. I would strongly recommend to update to the latest version (1.32.x.x).
