xServer1-mapping queries limit

Hello,

I am reaching out to inquire if there is a limit on the number of queries , and if so, is it specified in hours or minutes?
We have a client experiencing an issue with the mapping module, which is crashing. For instance, one user made more than 340 calls in a single day.
The client is on-premise.
xServer: 1.36.0.0
Map: 2023 1aH Europe HERE

Hi Seyedmehdi,

please create a helpdesk ticket for that case. From a generic perspective xMap 1 - as any othe rxserver1 - supports a built in queueing of incoming transactions. If the workload at aspecific poitn in time is too high (== the queue is full) then transactions coming in wil be seen as "rejected". But that is not equal to "crashes"...

Maybe we would have to look into this together,
(but not before Nov 29th...)
