Timezone based on geo coordinates

Hi all,
is it possible to get the timezone based on the geo coordinates? We have accounts in different timezones but I have no timezone information available. For example I recieve in our interface only the opening times eg. 8am till 4pm that's all what I have. I need a way to find out based on the geo coordinate in which timezone the account is located the rest is easy plus and minus calculation.
