Questions about PTV_TruckAttributes related properties

Dear PTV,

we have a few questions according to the PTV_TruckAttributes properties. Could you please support us by answering our questions related to the meaning of properties?

Opening:
In the Feature layer specification here we found the following information about opening:
Opening: "If 0 the segment is closed, if 1 the segment is open, otherwise nothing"
We identified the 3 cases by visualizing the icons on the map: case1: opening is 0;case2: opening is 1;case 3: no opening field
Could you please help us what is the meaning of the case 3? If the segment is open, is it open according to the reference time?

FreeForDelivery:
In the Feature layer specification here we found the following information about free for delivery: "If true, the restriction doesn't concern delivery vehicles"
What is the meaning if there is no „free for delivery field”? Does is mean that the route is restricted for delivery too?

LoadType: Goods
"The vehicle's load type for which the restriction is effective (0=Passengers, 1=Goods)."
If LoadType=1, the segment is open or closed for trucks loaded with goods? Is the segment open for other load types?

To summerize this 3 fields what is the meaning of the following propertiy combination?
loadType:1; driveType:0; maxHeight:365;freeForDelivery:1; opening:1
Is it a temporary closed segment for motor vehicle loaded with goods?

HasTrailer: "Tells if there is a trailer"
If HasTrailer is true, the segment is open or closed for trucks which have a trailer?

Thank you for your help in advance,
Best regards,
Daniel
