To gain access to the PTV xServer, you must first set up an account in the PTV xServer internet customer centre. Click on the register button and fill out the form with the necessary data. Please note that you will receive an activation link for your account via the e-mail address provided.
Registration is completed via HTTPS.
There are three different license types.
Through setting up your account, you receive free test access to PTV xServer internet for 15 days. Some days before your free test access ends you will receive a notification email.
Your customer centre account allows you to apply for access for a 60-Day test license. You can order the license in the register "licenses". To get the test license you have to leave your adress. After this you will get a confimration email and get immidiately access to the PTV xSever internet again. Currently, the 60-Day test license is also for free.
Your customer centre account also allows you to get information from the Sales department about purchasing productive access. For this you have to order a default license, our sales will contract you using the your customer data you specified in the customer centre.
Once you have successfully activated your account, you will also find your personal account data in the customer centre: your user name, password, and token for PTV xServer internet and add-ons such as Ajax Maps. To view your access data, log onto the customer centre and click the Licences tab. You can see a table of your licences and all relevant information here. To display your access data, click the red key icon in the Functions column.
The access data is different for every licence.

Note: Please keep your account and access data safe and do not disclose it to third parties. This is your official access data for PTV xServer internet. You are not permitted to disclose your access data to third parties. Please note that for security reasons, if your account and/or access data are lost, PTV AG Support cannot give them to you without verifying your identity.
