in Germany there will be new toll rates beginning from 01.01.2019. I would like to calculate some routes with this new rates. Does xroute provide the new toll rates already?

If not, when will the new toll rates for 2019 be available?

yes we have TomTom maps so the routing differences will certainly be from the different map Providers.
