Important note: SSL certificate and map updates

Important note: SSL certificate and map updates

Dear Customer, Dear Partner,
We plan to perform maintenance that does not require any downtime.
The renewal of the SSL certificate may require your action, if you don´t have the master certificate included in your certificate storage.
Please see our PTV Developer Blog post for more information about SSL certificate updates.
The following tasks will be completed in the scope of the maintenance on the respective map cluster:

PTV xServer certificate update on map clusters with API Version 1:
Test- / Integration update
• The PTV World City Map test system (TomTom) with API Version 1 will be updated on July, 13th 2020.
Together with the certificate update we will perform the map and PTV xServer update to:
o PTV World City Map 2020.2T
o PTV xServer Version 1.30
• The PTV Europe City Map test system (TomTom) with API Version 1 will be updated on July, 27th 2020.
Together with the certificate update we will perform the map and PTV xServer update to:
o PTV Europe City Map 2020.2T
o PTV xServer Version 1.30
• Please test you application on the test systems and report any problem immediately.
Production update
• The following test and production clusters with API Version 1 will be updated on July, 27th 2020:
o PTV World City Map production system (TomTom)
Together with the certificate update we will perform the map and PTV xServer update to:
 PTV World City Map 2020.2T
 PTV xServer Version 1.30
o PTV Australia City Map test and production system (Here)
o PTV North- and South America City Map test and production system (Here)
o PTV China City Map test and production system (eMapGo)
o PTV Europe City Map test and production system (Here)
o PTV Europe City Map test system (TomTom)
Together with the certificate update we will perform the map and PTV xServer update to:
 PTV Europe City Map 2020.2T
 PTV xServer Version 1.30
• The update of the PTV Europe City Map production system (TomTom) is planned for August, 10th 2020.
Together with the certificate update we will perform the map and PTV xServer update to:
o PTV Europe City Map 2020.2T
o PTV xServer Version 1.30
PTV xServer certificate update on map clusters with API Version 2:
Test- / Integration update
• The PTV World City Map test system (Here) with API Version 2 will be updated on July, 13th 2020.
Production update
• The following test and production clusters with API Version 1 will be updated on August, 3rd 2020:
o PTV World City Map production system (Here) data center EU and US / US2
o PTV China City Map test and production system (eMapGo)
o PTV World City Map production system (Here) in our hosting center in Karlsruhe
Please test you application on the test systems and report any problem immediately.
