Coverage SpeedLimits

Hi there,
these days I've been asked for the speed limits coverage.
Looks like not each segment fills the SpeedLimit property and after some tests with various maps and talks with some data experts I'd like to let you know that the quality of the limits depends on country and provider.
If you do not get a speed limit in the response of a routing though your requested them all (ResultListOptions.speedLimits==true) there might be an implicit limit such as "50km/h inner city limit".
The following two screenshots show a sample of two routes calculated on HERE and TOMTOM. The yellow lines show the distances and periods in the countries where a segment has no limits in the data.
