xServer 1.32 released

Hello everyone,

here are news from our Product Management:

the PTV xServer 1.32 is released! Besides some bugfixes in all PTV xServer, these are the main topics:

o General: Updated the Apache Tomcat to version 9.0.38 because of security issues
o xRoute, xTour: Added the possibility to enforce the usage of high-performance routing (e.g. in order to check the proper functioning) (new enum value for RoutingParameter: ENFORCE_HIGH_PERFORMANCE_ROUTING: "Enforces the usage of a high-performance routing network. If there is no matching network available, an exception will be thrown."
