Hi there,

it is a great pleasure for me to announce a public and free-of-cost German webinar about the latest version of the PTV xMapMatch Server.
It will take place on Dec.5th, 2018 - 2pm. We will present and discuss with some internal and dedicated external players in PTV's headquarter. The event will take 2 hours of time with a little break in between. Click here to register for free.

This is our roadmap for the event:

You gathered GPS traces of your fleet and you'd like to evaluate

• How much toll did you have to pay for the track?
• Did the vehicles care for speed limits?

We introduce you into the functionality of the MapMatcher (Consulting / Product Management):

• What is the idea behind it?
• What is it used for?

Technical overview of the interface ( DEV )

• What details can be used as input parameters? (e.g. coordinates, timestamp, heading...)
• What methods are available and which result elements do they return?
• Which parameters should be understood by each MapMatcher client developer (API and profile)?
• Which parameters are "highend" style and should be used "in emergency case only"?

Server Configuration ( DEV )

• How can we adapt the performance to our own needs?
• How can we ensure to get the bet quality of results?
