Are national and local public holidays taken into account during routing and the remaining driving or break times?

Hello Claus,

the mechanism that approaches the national holidays is the featurelayer PTV_GeneralTruckRestrictions.
Currently the coverage of the data is subject to be improved. I therefore forward your post to product management.

Best regards
Bernd

Hi, any update on this? I just tried routing in Germany on 25.12 this year, when truck driving should be forbidden from 00-22, but routing worked fine. I enabled PTV_GeneralTruckRestrictions layer in the request.

What should happen there anyway, route start or end is in restricted country? Just error message?

Assuming you are routing to an area witch is covered by general truck restrictions: The route will be calculated but the travel time will be quite large. On the segment at the border you will see that essentially the truck will take as much time as needed until the road opens up again.
