xLocate search locations 403 Forbidden

Hello,

We're havind some trouble with the search locations request. The credentials are recent, so the token must be right. We're calling the https://xserver2-dashboard.cloud.ptvgro ... hLocations endpoint and getting a 403 Forbidden error message.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Dobos,

I guess the token is valid for the test system but not for the one you mentioned (dashboard...).
Please check the cluster overview page

There you can find e.g. PTV xServer internet with API Version 2 TEST and PROD

If this info doesn't work please get in touch with your technical counterpart (Lars?)
