Ferry Bilbao - Rosslare

There is one ferry route that is not included in PTV xServer Internet.
It is the ferry Bilbao(ES) - Rosslare(IR).
Do you know when it will be available?
I don't know how this kind of update works.

I assume you refer to the current TOMTOM map (https://xroute-eu-n.cloud.ptvgroup.com/xroute/ws/XRoute). At least the HERE map shows a connection between Bilbao/Algorta and Rosslare. (CHeck Screenshot below)

OK, here's how to proceed with such (no-)findings :

• please open a regular support ticket and let my colleagues know that you are desperately looking for the mentioned connection (I can't do this for you, sorry).

PS: If you are dealing with the 2022.2 HERE map it might be helpful to change the boat penalty.

SCreenshot taken froim the 2022.2H / HERE map. There's ferry connection which is used if the ferry malus aka boatPenalty is set to a "magnetic" value (in my sample -20 was sufficient).

Hello,

Yes, we use Tomtom maps.
I have also used boatPenalty for forcing.

On the other hand, I searched with GetSegments (by SegmentsByCoordinateRequest, -3.0684206, 43.3509482 port of Bilbao) and the only result was:
"Bilbao-Portsmouth".
