Here's another release note from Product Management: PTV xServer 2.28.1 is released and it contains some bugfixes:
Dear xServer Stakeholders,

the PTV xServer 2.28.1 is released! With this version we provide two important bug fixes for the xRoute service:

• Bugfix: Fixed bug when considering custom Feature Layer covering several countries in special cases.
• Bugfix: Fixed crash when requesting Feature Layer 'PTV_RestrictionZones' and waypoints located in Austria.

The on-premise solution can be found here:

• Developer Zone (login required)

The cloud solution PTV xServer internet will be updated according to this plan:

• 04.04.23: Productive system hosted in Europe
• 05.04.23: Productive system hosted in US
• 06.04.23: Productive system hosted in Australia
