HI there,

recently I've been asked about the meaning of this error message:

No license for creation and deletion of custom FeatureLayers available

Well: as of today (august 2020) the PTV xServer INTERNET does not provide access to the creation of custom feature layers - this is a functional gap in our shared system and we still need to implement this.

It affects both routing approaches:

• binary feature layers (returned to the client through the response and then injected in routing requests as a RouteOption
• persistent feature layer which is then referenced through it's name within the FeatureLayerProfile

Not sure whether there's really a technical need for the first case, maybe we can at least open this.
