High there,
this is just a little comparison (and motivation) why you could be interested in extended postcodes within USA.
If you have address data based on the extended codes you are already enabled to locate an address within an area of just hundred meters.
If you are interested in the data just get in touch with your sales representative at your local PTV subsidary.
