I registered for testing xServer Internet (the full version) on https://www.ptvgroup.com/en/contact-sup ... /test-now/
and waited for the SMS-TAN to activate my test account. But the SMS did not arrive even after an hour and now I am stuck.
The phone number was correct. The registration was from Germany (and it was a German phone number).
How can I proceed?

Hello Matthias,
due to some technical reasons the SMS TAN mechanism isn't active for Germany. So the only verification mechanism in use for users with a German mobile number is the direct verification with the TAN that is displayed in the web page.
German users will neither get a SMS nor an email.
